At the end of the first half of this day (i.e. at 2023-07-26T20:00:00Z), all non-voters will temporarily be removed from the Vote Count and the hosts will check whether True Majority has been reached.
Afterwards, a VC will be posted to see the votes and the flip (assuming someone has reached True Majority at this point). This will be called the “Mid-Day VC”.
Regardless whether someone gets executed or not during the Mid-Day VC, the day will continue as per usual afterwards.
