Menthol crystals are better. But also my doctor mentioned she’s seen someone chemically burn their nose with the vapours, so you’ve got to be not silly when using them.

Never even knew there were menthol crystals.

Anyway, an update on my condition. I think it’s improving and my fever is gone at least. Hopefully it stays gone. I think I have/had a milder case of Covid.
