A User Notes Feature

:hammer: There is a functionality in Discord where a User can add personal notes to the various accounts they interact with. These notes are made and are viewable on the profile of the account they correspond to. We think this feature could be useful on FoL.

:hammer: An additional thing that could be included (but does not remotely have to be if it proves difficult) could be the notes one has made for a user being viewable in the outbox that is generated when you click on their name but before you navigate to their profile.

So fun fact - this is technically already a feature, but it’s only set up for staff to store notes about moderation rather than individual users to store notes. Might be worth taking a glance to see if we can’t retool that easily.

:closed_umbrella: This seems reasonable enough. I can’t test it due to not using Chrome, but the functionality seems there.

:closed_umbrella: The graphics on it suuuuuuck though. If a magic fairy granted this exactly as-is to FoL I’d have my second wish to the fairy be for the icon to be way more faded out, maybe only consist of two tones, maybe change color to match the theme too. Bla bla bla.
