And Iā€™m frustrated that it seems in large part this was caused by my staying over their room for a week which I was also frustrated by but which I felt like was the right decision because I was going genuinely completely insane with the mice in the walls.

I donā€™t care about not being in a relationship anymore but it was not something that I think they came to me with a particularly communicative attitude about. There was no indication of a problem before this and the process of ending it was just a unilateral declaration. I think thatā€™s why Iā€™m frustrated
