I’m trying to come up with an illustrative example. They’re failing all their classes and when they were finally talked into seeinng to a school counselor about it they were like “dude you need to take a semester away” and they ignored this advice

This was enough to make me quite ill, as I’d been up since 8AM, was on an empty stomach, drank 3-4 of those shots in one drink I chugged, and also took a salt pill on said empty stomach which is always nauseating
