About the Rules & Moderation category (Part 1)

He was “impressed” and found my attempt to cancel out all the cuts “creative” but says it doesn’t work

As it doesn’t work in the neighbourhood

my complex class spends too much time proving things for babies

anyway i got a 93 on my real analysis test. for minor blunders

Problem # Potential Initial Takehome
1 10 2 10
2a 5 0 5
2b 10 10 10
2c 10 3 6
3a 10 10 10
3b 5 5 5
4a 5 4 5
4b 5 4 5
4c 10 0 9
4d 10 8 10
4e 5 0 5
5a 10 2 10
5b 5 5 5
5c 10 3 5
5d 5 0 4
5e 10 0 2
SUM 125 57 106

But the math on the back says I got 105…

What you actually had to do to analytically represent the branch cuts I drew in the in-class portion was break the function apart and represent (z-1)^2 as (z-1)(z-1) and make two different cuts

Problem 4 of homework 3 is probably being moved to homework 4…

no one is going to post malicious latex here when

  • they would have to find out about the thread in the first place
  • they would probably get banned

I’m posting malicious latex

but anyway uhhhhhhhh I think the remaining things are

  • make stuff similar to how Zugbot can listen for turbo commands
  • figure out how to upload an image
  • set it up on the pi

which reminds me I do really need to extract the part of Zugbot that listens/posts into an entirely separate process
