Part of me wants to make a script since most don’t really appeal to me, I’m just going along with the ride.

The rest of me wants to finish the Omori setup.

A Shurian-esque roleplay game might also be great to host… eh. I’m on the fence.

remember that those things take months of commitment

every now and again i’m tempted to hop onto a vc game in botcu but then the saner part of me prevails

Counterproductively, they take less commitment than most afternoon retreats.

the thread is an hour old

You know when a television character insists there’s no time to explain before making you make an unnatural length of time to figure it out yourself, and there’s definitely no emergency great enough where a short synopsis couldn’t be spared but they really don’t want to waste the words to explain anyway? You know how pointlessly infuriating and cognitively unaware that trope is?

I’m not doing that. It’s more of a cooperative venture where most of the details are in open, but not quite like Ishmael’s game since the world’s still openly interactive with mechanics evolving based on your input, so… it’s like a party RPG rather than a solo venture, I guess? Maybe?

…do you have the link to one of shurian’s old games

Technically yes but it’s messy. Look up the Academy threads on the archived site and you’ll find it.

Shurian’s games were typically cancelled early, but they were cool whilst running. There was another game which focused on 2v2 Monarchs giving commands to Servants which the latter couldn’t violate, but needed to twist in order to assassinate the former… that was interesting!

i have less ideas what its about now that i started to look
