if they track mafia to a nightkill, or track the town doctor, then yeah
though, mafia could just fakeclaim a successful track, and the real tracker is none the wiser unless they later do a successful track

the doctor kinda makes an IC of whoever they protect, since getting attacked + protected informs the player, but the doctor themselves will probably have a bunch of other people who also say they protected that person, so they won’t be an IC themselves
