A thought I had while cycling back home from the bus station is: “How would it benefit Arctic to out my role if he was legitimately Atheist?”
Well, if Arctic truly thinks he is legitimately Atheist and has that in his classcard, then there are two possibilities:
- He is legitimate Atheist and there are no Demons.
- He is a Marionette, and Intensify or Jarek is the Demon.
A third alternative is that Arctic is lying and simply evil, but tbh I don’t want to spend time and effort chasing a goose.
If he is legitimately Atheist, then the game would be over the moment we execute the Storyteller. (IDK what it means if we execute the Storyteller if Arctic is not Atheist. At best probably a wasted day execution.)
If he is Marionette, then the game would end after D2 at most, lest there is a Scarlet Woman in play and inherits the Demon’s role.
There are probably other roles which I haven’t read yet which may fudge the execution results if Arctic is Marionette, but I would like to spend this post to express my disappointment in Arctic outing my role immediately regardless of his actual alignment.
Additionally, I am confirming that I have indeed claimed Flower Girl.
