- There’s no established motive for me to do such a thing ever
- No one else claims or reports of such accusation so far.

Not saying you went around telling everyone, just the potential minions.
Probably a scrambling reaction or a suprised reaction indicating to the fact that you’ve correctly guessed their actual role, I would say.
I mean just claiming to random people “hey this person said you were the magician” is a real good way to check for a magician I would think right before you out yourself publically anyway. May as well test some people and get as much info as possible
That being said you have put up some good points so now I think it’s more likely Wazza really did just randomly name you since you were one of my previous whispers and just got lucky about what claims I gave to you specifically. Most likely they know there’s a magician in this game and they’re just jumping into random whispers, seeing who talked to the person they whispered to last and going “hey this person said you were magician they’re kinda weird though so I didn’t trust them and wanted to check”
