Cerenovus makes anyone that break their madness be executed if the Storyteller chooses, there is no technical limit on what type of people can be executed, including dead people.

Or rather, why has the Good victim not suicided yet? At this point, getting info about the existence of Cerenovus would be more important than just staying alive. The only exception to this is if the victim is an important role such as Chambermaid/Balloonist/Flowergirl, but clearly that is not the case.
