This message seems strangely textured as a way of protesting wanting to stay alive, it conflates being town with a wish for survival as though the latter is a novelty, abnormally entwined as though it’s not the default. It just feels like an odd perspective. Are you having fun?
I could see Kyubey trying to play around a theoretical Marionette!Hippo, garnering the latter’s information and dance Hippo along to his strings in a way begetting suspicion, but I feel like an open “you’re the Marionette” thing would be open and shut.

I know I don’t enjoy being executed early no matter the role. On paper it sounds like a good idea especially as one considered disposable, but then I find I neither have incentive to whisper, or have people whisper me because I’m dead and functionally have no more information.
Plus, I like bluffing. People just get mad at you when you bluff when you’re dead.

I’m parsing the original quote as effectively saying “I don’t have to be evil to appreciate my life and role in any given game, unusual as that is”, which doesn’t quite match Kyubey’s demeanour thus far. It doesn’t really feel like he’s enjoying the limelight.

On the contrary, expressing a blasé attitude towards the art of bluffing characters may result in other players seeing your information as pointless to gather anyway; although I don’t personally see it that way, so long as it’s not just misleading for no good reason. Some might argue it’s vital to sprinkle enough truth so that nobody has a reason to execute you, although this does typically just result in the weakest debaters dying D1 an unfair degree more often than others. Hmm.
