This is the list I was working with. Didn’t want to give you Washerwoman or Undertaker if you couldn’t immediately contact your Minions. Didn’t want to give you an Outsider because being the only Outsider claiming would be a precarious position as a Demon, though I suppose I could’ve tossed in Recluse in hindsight

(Part of) the issue is - lets say you roll Saint next game, and claim it truthfully: Now everyone who’s aware of your meta can essentially be 100% certain you’re town.
And on top of that, if an evil player knows your meta, and other people are aware that that evil player knows your meta, then that evil player can’t push you without basically outing themselves
Does this not seem unfair to the evil team in this game

Aight, so I guess I just can’t play games here anymore with snamer/mayor/saint because I’m not going to act like ‘Oh I was just joking’.
I misinterpreted what that rule was meaning. I thought that excessive AtE’ing to create a trust tell is a form of cheating. Not that a trust tell itself is cheating.

They’ve been against the rules under OGI for a long time, and that’s consistent across a ton of mafia sites
It is an inherently unfair situation to be able to say “I’m the Mayor” have suddenly have everyone trust you, because everyone knows Kiiruma never says “I’m the Mayor” when he’s evil, and suddenly good get a F3 win by doing absolutely nothing except trusting tradition

Ok, I get it now.
Like I’ll just go away. I fucked up and I should’ve just shut up instead of saying something during the game because I wasn’t having a fun time due to the situation™ and instead wanted to be a bit more light hearted and talk about what I do.
I understand perfectly clear now from how fast people are liking that, it’s like a dagger in my fucking heart. My bad.
Nobody hates you or wants you to go away lmao. We just don’t want you to use trust tells 
If anything you openly stating it makes it clear that you didn’t know they were against the rules

If you are so against lying about being Saint or Mayor then you can choose not to join Saint or Mayor scripts sure
But the reasonable thing to do would just to lie about being the Saint or Mayor which make for some of the best and incredibly tense moments anyway
