Wait, this one needs context. On Tumblr, when people screenshot other Tumblr posts to make fun of them, they usually put one of the built-in filters over the text to make it clear that it’s a screenshot, not actually a post that someone is unironically putting on your dashboard.
Most commonly used is this water filter, to “drown people for their sins”.
