So my response to this hypothetical would be that it would probably be a function of how many tardies Iād already had that quarter / how long my current tardy-free streak was as I would only do it if I was confident I could afford the tardy without penalty.
One of my fellow managers got his first official warning recently even though I felt he didnāt deserve it. And Iāve been forced by my boss to sign on as a witness in writing up multiple other colleagues for excessive tardiness. So I am not taking any chances
