huh, according to a random site I just found on Google, Utah doesn’t actually require companies to give meal breaks to adult employees (they do have to give meal breaks to minors)

Do they like prevent against frosting? I’m assuming that’s the whole point of road salt.

Safe to say that it won’t replace road salting?

So my response to this hypothetical would be that it would probably be a function of how many tardies I’d already had that quarter / how long my current tardy-free streak was as I would only do it if I was confident I could afford the tardy without penalty.

One of my fellow managers got his first official warning recently even though I felt he didn’t deserve it. And I’ve been forced by my boss to sign on as a witness in writing up multiple other colleagues for excessive tardiness. So I am not taking any chances
