& like ultimately weight science is shaky and not universal and individual muscle mass & stuff is very very influential over what constitutes a “healthy weight” much more than online ballpark estimates but in general as a guy of former disorders I would exercise caution about. Like. Chasing weight-based goals. You have to be careful. Sometimes your brain does not let go.

i just dont look at my weight ever bc my brain is stuck in percieving the weight I had as a 10 year old so ill be like above 100 poudns and im like “damn… im getting fat…”
Usually whenever I notice something I’m like ahah but here I was not noticing it
