So yeah it’s pretty bold, but I’d increased the odds of a chosen one of them dying.

I’m not exactly a fan of this being the second time we’re dealing with a gladiate… and it’s only Day 2. In general gladiator is ok as an ability, not so good that we need to just spam it whenever.

It really makes things feel slow and limited, since we do only have 2 options and generally like… I need more time to read Leafia properly, but I’d want to think that more often Leafia would have more strategy than to just gladiate someone because of a threat. The issue is, I don’t know if W!Leafia would just do this when it creates such a bleh impression.

I want to explain why I decided to do this.

Statistically we know there is 1 or more evils within Sultan, Snow, Hippo and Chomps at this point (I say or more because Hip could be evil with another of the trio but shrug ).

Hip’s D1 was very towny. Snow’s only got 1 card hand limit and so is less of a threat if wolf. Sultan’s EoD 1 was horrible but D2 was… ok? Like nothing special but not bad. Plus the redirect from Raji to Sultan with Sultan then having a BPV is still possible to explain the no death. And it’s not a secret but at this point, I just cannot read Chomps and I want to go for my gut.

I said that I don’t like it’s spammed, since town didn’t give people time to discuss things. On the other hand I decided to wait so that we could discuss the game state early in the day and then people decided to try executing Snow who I don’t think is evil and so I prevented it by trying to gladiate into Chomps (Since I wanted Chomps or Sultan dead today). Also the gladiate Leafia used was purely for a threat whereas mine was more strategic, being to go for one of the parity group still, but to avoid it going for one of the ones I thought was more likely to be town.

I figured I explained that decently well in my post but oh well.

I mean I feel pretty strongly that Kiiruma used the gladiate because Snow was the leading wagon by a lot and flipping his wolf partner would confirm too many people for the game to not just be over

So he picked Chomps knowing that we would probably just flip Chomps over him

I didn’t explain it fully there at the time and that is my bad, I explained that Snow is less of a threat if a wolf due to the 1 hand limit thing. Further to this, you’ll find I have mentioned why I thought Snow is ~decent and why I don’t believe Snow is a wolf.

1 - Snow if Wolf presumably has a teammate. Snow has been mega inactive to the point where it has made Snow be very close to dying - having 3 votes to 1 by the time I gladiated. It feels like Snow’s wolf bud would be pushing Snow to do something more.
2 - Overall Sultan’s D1 was worse and Chomps in general is a grey area for me, so comparatively, Snow is only the 2nd townies of the parity quadrant, second to Hip.

Is my browser broke or something? Why is your vote on sultan if you “feel pretty strongly” that the wolf team is a specific two person combo and one of them tried (and failed) to get the other executed today?

Does the phrase “feel pretty strongly” only tie to like, a 60% certainty for you? Or something?
