typo of the century right here, that should read
tried (and failed) to prevent the other’s execution today?

How so?
By gladiating Snow, for instance.
i move to snow if i cant get a kiiru wagon going but id rather kiiru go over first because im higher confidence there
Why is Snow having 1 card hand being unlikely to be wolf?
That’s… not what I said.
I said if Snow is Wolf, then Snow has only 1 card so is much less of a threat.
i think if im wrong on kiiru then id go ace before dia or raji
idk where frostwolf fits in that though get back to me on that one later
@ACE do you have a more recent mafia performance than the one you linked earlier or do you still think that its indicative of how you play as mafia
Then what is it?
I do think it’s mostly indicative but I can’t link to anything newer besides The Town Game On Here Last Month as I’ve almost exclusively played live games or discord games since then.
I can provide some commentary tho, if you think someone describing their own playstyle is remotely useful (it’s fair to think it’s not).
let me skim your past game here and then ill get back to you on that
So to say why I think Snow is unlikely to be a wolf. For the like… 5th time today.
Snow should have a second teammate if wolf. This teammate would probably be pushing Snow to be more active since Snow was almost voted out today (Literally had a 3 to 1 lead when I did a gladiate) which is not good for the other evil if Snow is evil since then it would confirm the others (Sultan, Chomps and maybe socially Hippo?)
Snow’s posts in general are less egregious than Sultan’s D1 ones plus Chomps is harder for me to read than most people. So I’d have Snow as the 2nd worst in the parity group to execute in my mind
id like to hear your perspective on this actually yeah
right now im kind of hung up on just not knowing you all that well so i cant put together whether or not you’d make certain plays as a wolf
I actively try to make my wolf and town playstyles as similar as possible. I believe it is good practice as town to entertain theories where you are a wolf but I also do it so it is not strange for me to do that when people start locking onto that as true in games where I am wolf.
Furthermore I try to accurately analyze the gamestate as much as possible even as wolf and try to tweak maybe one or two facts or just fall on the less rational side of an argument so that I can steer things toward a bad outcome rather than the right outcome.
🌂 I am moderately confident my playstyle in the past reflects my playstyle in the present because I used to use Mafia games and similar as a staging ground to be the kind of person I wanted to be, and most of my personality changes in that time have been me succeeding in that transformation (though there are some differences, I think I’m more graceful and stuff).
There are a few differences between the me of now and the me of then though that don’t fit into that earlier analysis (and are relevant to Mafia, so not things like “I half-overcame my fear of death~”). They are:
Isn’t a tomorrow problem then?
I don’t think that the 2nd mafia would think that their inactive teammate’s… well, inactivity is a tomorrow problem. As it’s a problem which impacts a lot of the game.
What If The Other Wolf Is Unskilled?
alright
some questions about how youve played this game that i think will help me
if that’s remotely true when are you planning to execute snow?
or are you thinking of leaving snow alive to f3 for just doing nothing
