Other thing: I’d need to count the Rest Cubes to check our odds, but would it be a bad idea to use the Soviet thing for CP and try to dislodge their Media Support in the NE?
The endorsement isn’t all that valuable, especially when they could easily knock out our control on the two issues during their final turn, and forcing them to make Support Checks for NY would be more useful than getting the guaranteed one support, especially since we’re moving into the region.

Candidate Card basically reads “spend 4 CP and take 3 CP from Nixon and make it so they can’t see the card in your hand for the debate” which is insanely valuable.
