Certain encounters hold a significant level of danger and can potentially lead to fatal consequences. Red Orcs mentioned before as an example.

Anyway, we captured an bandit leader that got tied up upside-down, 8 enterainers inside a wooden chest, we got clothes swapped from upper-classes like nobles and shit, stole an royal ring from the monarchy, we also held a goose.
