Time was probably banned because itās specific and overpowered.
Majoraās Mask, anyone? Moon seems overspecific, although you might be made into a werewolf, I dunno.
āDreamsā isnāt specific, itās general: just as basic elements should be. And itās not necessarily overpowered. Iād allow it, at least.
