According to nightingale’s list in P#3730, Proph was shot at least 12 times. Ignoring the math, even children would understand that dodging bullets 12 times is not normal.
So yeah, it’s probably increased dodge chance, but given Proph’s flip, we know that it did not come from Proph’s ability. In other words, unless Proph really was dodging bullets 12 times in a row, it should be a Mafia’s ability.
Now, the question is: Who would predict -based on D1- that Proph would be Public ITA Priority Target?
