I town read Eevee and I figured that scum would have less visitors. So if I got a no on someone, it would point towards them being more likely to be scum if I get a no on them.
That’s why I visited Whysper N1. I suspected she was UTR scum and therefore wouldn’t get many visitors.
As for if it tells me who the visitors are, no I don’t learn visitors names.
