You have a minor administrative role in the submissions of complaint forms during Requests for Comment, which really doesn’t do all that much for the planet. However, it gives you the ability to… minorly delay the processing of accusations that would get you sent to jail, and hell, if you’re going to jail anyway, may as well take somebody with you.

If which ability you would perform would matter for action processing, the superposition collapses for the night, and which ability you used is randomly determined (with each option at a 1/3 chance). You are informed what ability was chosen when this happens.

(This means the superposition collapses if your action type is observed in any way, your target is roleblocked or redirected, or if they are targeted by or would perform a Damaging action.)
