[FEEDBACK] Less transparent moderation

I’ll say it. I’m sick of knowing who’s banned and who’s not. Mods telling “the truth” and being “held accountable”. Sick of it. There is one, obvious solution.

STOP TELLING PEOPLE

The simplest solution. Delete the ban thread. Remove ban messages. Don’t even let the banned users know. Gaslight them into thinking the site went down. People start catching on to the missing users? Start lying. “I’ve not seen Marshal recently” Marshal went missing in yellowstone park 13 years ago. Better yet, replace them with paid actors. There are no bans on fortress of lies. We are one big happy family. No one has ever been banned on fortress of lies and we live in sunshine and rainbows.

Here are some of the benefits:

  1. You can ban all the people I don’t like
  2. You can ban all the people I don’t like
  3. You can ban all the people I don’t like

It’s a no brainer if you ask me. I don’t think I’m asking of much. In fact, I’m asking for less features. I expect this to be approved and implimented in the next couple days. Can’t wait to see this in action.
