Note that awards no longer need to be seconded to be valid .

But why? Is it because we lacked nominations for the 2025 FoL Awards?

Please be sure to include (1) who you are nominating, (2) what award you are nominating them for, and (3) a short description of why you are nominating them.

Because everybody would just blindly say “second all noms posted” and that was most seconds. There isn’t really a problem of people making bad nominations that won’t get seconded. If everybody trusts everybody not to make bad noms, we don’t need a second

#3 hasn’t really been mandatory for a while. It’s preferred, but we won’t reject your nom for not having it.

What the sentence in the OP is saying is that even if you are not the nominator, you can still add more details. I can add onto Ash’s nominations with “orange did a very good job wolfing the game, he got a misvote in exlo, great wolfing, thanks orange”
