Because everybody would just blindly say “second all noms posted” and that was most seconds. There isn’t really a problem of people making bad nominations that won’t get seconded. If everybody trusts everybody not to make bad noms, we don’t need a second

#3 hasn’t really been mandatory for a while. It’s preferred, but we won’t reject your nom for not having it.
What the sentence in the OP is saying is that even if you are not the nominator, you can still add more details. I can add onto Ash’s nominations with “orange did a very good job wolfing the game, he got a misvote in exlo, great wolfing, thanks orange”

…please don’t let me make another barrage of setups. Please don’t let there be another FoL’er who dreams of “someone taking a shot for every setup I make”. I literally don’t have the resources to make “good setups” anymore at this point.
