I pick Atlas
They all explode and every Zug dies
Then you go HP based itās like having +1 Priority just moves their bracket up then trated the same

ā¦I think you meant to tag Clockwork?
Wait, no. You just copy-pasted your previous post.
āah, yeah. There we go.
Me when I copy and paste.
one
Unless we are deviating from the snake ladder.
You would go twice in a row as per the snake.
Yeah, but not Clockwork.
Me when I copy and paste.
ā¦Ash, do you perhaps need some rest?
Potentially.
Unfortunately none of the FoLermon learn Hypnosis
thank god
Regarding the way of choosing mons⦠We could do it the way some people do: By bidding them. ā¦well, I had a different type of bidding in mind, but that one probably wonāt fly since we donāt exactly have concrete heuristics on the mons yet. Like⦠gummy (the FoLermon) is obviously worth less than Daeron (the FoLermon) since the former is literally a copy of the latter, but then with worse attack damage. So in that regard, we could evaluate these mons, but when it comes to literally every other mon with similar 30 damage attacks, some of which with STAB⦠Yeah, it would be near impossible to do the bidding type that I had in mind.
Still, if it is just bidding normally, it should be able as well, right? Give everyone 1000 points, and whoever bids the highest wins for a mon wins. With this method, you could end up with less than six mons (theoretically you could be playing with only one mon), but like⦠that is just skill issue IMO. Though, bidding for each mon would take such a long time one by one, so it should probably done in batches.
one idea Iāve been contemplating is ābid for all mons at once, you have 1000 points that you can split among All of them, you canāt bid more than you have, each mon goes to whoever bids the most for itā
realistically you probably end up with some people having like 2 mons and some people having like 10, but as long as most people have at least four thatās ?hopefully? not too big of a deal?
Bidding in batches alleviates the issue you mentioned. It wonāt solve the core problem, but it makes it less likely that people end up with too few mons.
āoh! A possible solution is to put a cap limit on how much one can bid in one batch / round.
REEEEEEEE
If i host part 3 id like a way to prevent or minimize speed ties. But without bloating the info cards. Maybe alphabetical order of name? Alphabetical order = sort in speed (either ascending or descending), and then stats could be balanced accordingly. Would probably have to deviate from 100 hp baseline in that case. But then i might as well write a custom speed stat for everyone. Uh idk hahah
OR alternatively
Deviate from PokƩmon rules itself, and when mons speed tie, simply let them hit each other at the same time, even if they faint in the process
