Maybe as Jason pointed out, the threat state is showing you being fine as a wagon give people paranoia and get more discouraged to execute you.

Snow’s claiming Jailkeeper which would prevent my action so is still not an explanation of Tutuu’s action failing regarding myself.

From the Roleblocking section:

  • Jailkeeper (With/without a chat) - Each Night, may target another player. That player is protected from kills this Night and their actions are roleblocked.

In the Vanilla Roles section it states that ‘Minor modifications may be made with reviewer approval’ but then it’s up to you to decide if Jailkeeper ‘minorly modified’ can constitute a Jailor.
