its okay to not play absolutely perfectly. especially given its your first fm game, it can be quite a jump. any incite no matter how little or correct it is is valuable and appreciated

I’ve known May for 3 years and I’ve never seen her be this villagery, it’s kind of nuts. I don’t want to repeat myself like a broken record, but she is an Innocent Child. Everybody should have her at the top of your readslist. Do not get paranoid and mischop her later if her energy drops off lol. If there is one thing in this game you trust me on, trust me on this
Melatonin is towny. Specifically meow. Gummy is very different than from what I recall, I don’t expect her to be the same after her break. Meow feels different than last game (wolf). She was much more diplomatic, cordial, defensive, grounded. Like she was singing a lullaby. There is that Pokemon that did this … Jigglypuff? Yeah. Wolf!Meow was like Jigglypuff. This Meow feels more loose, a lot more lost. Comes off as more sincere. Villagers are lost and struggling. This is how I imagine meow this game:

Hippo is mafia. He has had high effort wolf games and low effort town games, but low effort is generally >rand wolf indicative for him. That’s just a part of it, though. Some methods you can identify town!Hippo despite him low-efforting are:
- frustration at the gamestate (genuine frustration, not expressed frustration. remember that wolves lie in a game of mafia. Genuine frustration is often times not expressed, actually, including for Hippo. For me too)
- over-the-top humor / absurdism. There isn’t that here, he is much more grounded, tame. He feels “Weak”
- solving the game good. Hippo has literally not made a single explanation for his reads. He has melatonin as town, and catbae as town. Both of those are one-liners (“X is town”), there is literaly no more words to justify
Catbae i think is towny. Because he voted Hippo early. And Hippo is mafia. I don’t recommend others to preflip ppl, it’s risky, but I trust myself to know what I’m doing. I think his paranoia of me and holding me up to standard is towny. Catbae has been Dead Inside last two wolf games Ive seen of him on FoL. He has a spark of life here. He likes to distance with his partners, and does out a lot of effort into the theater, but he makes sure that others see “this is s big spectacle”, and ideally he doesnt actually kill his parnter. He isn’t making a spectacle here about pushing Hippo, and neither is Hippo pushing back. I think if they were w/w, catbae would have asked Hippo to show some more life in wolf chat to give him credit, and Hippo would have complied. Herr catbae is just quietly killing Hippo.
I think catbae cautioning people to not townread me for NAI reasons and reminding them of my wolfrange is towny.
I will say, tough, that if Hippo is town, re-evaluate catbae. I’m just confident he’s not
I’m losing energy and attention span to express myself well. So these next reads will be shorter. I’m thinking about them all equally hard, it just takes me so much effort to explain it in a digestible way
Soweli is towny. I peeked her soul. She started with expected behavior (wrongly suspecting me), she engaged with my words and gave me a shot. She thinks very differently than me about mafia but she is solving in good faith. If she was agendaed she would have ignored or kept pushing me, she has every excuse, as i wasnt even willing to omgus her, i was gonna tolerate her pushing me. Shes polarized in terms of effort, she gets frozen and writes much shorter (smaller) posts as mafia
I suspect Frostwolf. I’m skeptical of the way he reaches his conclusions. In post 612 he finds a T/T read just because they voted each other, during RVS stage, and because other people had voted. I feel suspicious that he’s a wolf coming up with i explicable arguments to make correct reads. I’m also suspicious that he’s bussing Hippo

I’m suspicious of Jason. I didn’t actually find his early posts weird, they felt like normal posts to me. I don’t know him well. People often times call me weird/awkward, so maybe I don’t find them awkward because I’m awkward, if his posts were truly awkward? Anyway, I’m only suspicious of him because of his claim that he was purposely posting scummy to evoke a reaction out of qbcorders. This isn’t a common claim to make, as either alignt, but the few times I’ve seen it it has always been mafia. I’m suspicious that it was something he just came up with on the spot, after realizing he needed to post differently in order to pocket people, and to justify his earlier posts that were catching flak

I’m suspicious of lilith. I think her suspicion of me is bogus. She represented a sus on me based off 1 game, asked me to provide her with multiple of games, which she claimed she will check, made no conclusion based off of those games, blatantly lied that I was the one making the conversation about my meta, and continued harping on and nitpicking benign stuff about my posts. I think her asking me to provide her with my games was an attempt to make herself look towny “look at me im gonna research and do effort”, but she doesn’t actually want to commit to it, as she already knows my alignment. I’m suspicious that she isn’t bringing it up again hoping that everyone just forgets and moves on
I wanna think more on others. I have less to go off of. I’ll be entering tea leaves reading territory, I don’t eanan force it. I wanna full solve D1

Dia is socially completely fine and maybe even towny but their mech soft claim was a war crime imo
frog definitely can be town based on the posts i saw while catching up. i don’t have a great explanation other than gut. there’s some stuff that concerns me but i at least get the sense the gears are turning
