I never saw Kiiruma claim this ability in D1, which is when the vote took place. When I read Leetic’s ISO it just appeared that they voted on Kiiruma and then said “We need more activity” and began to go after inactives.

I am not sure what Kiiruma’s slot is like because I haven’t done an ISO on them yet but in the end it would look better for Leetic since it shows that they had a natural thought progression and if they persecuted others would display consistency. Going from voting on self-awareness to voting inactives seemed like an easy jump that anyone can do, regardless of alignment. What caught my eye was how consistent they were and what development they had. Which to me came as nothing since they got stunlocked on it for 3 days and did motion for any feasible wagons.

If you looked I also barely interacted with Gorta due to timezone issues, or even Leetic for that matter.
