the last wolf game I played with him, he was wolf with me and was the last mafia alive. granted, I got redcheck early and carbon accidentally outed herself as mafia, so yeah (only three of us). the other mafia jason game I remember, I was a serial killer, and he was like my second-highest townread (after the town vig who shot a mafia).

I think jason usually flies under the radar as mafia.

he’s scary for me personally bc I have a blindspot for him, but then he gets deathtunneled by other people, so it may be that I’m just not an objective alignment evaluator for him.

there was this one game I was speccing where I was confident in him being town, but then he kept defending the obvious mafia, so I had to accept I was wrong. but then he was actually just heavily-pocketed town :(

(for reference the reason for this was because i didn’t read mafia chat which contained info that would’ve saved me. so me ignoring being the informed minority kinda screwed over me. whee.)

I’m going to add some context that I’m known to be very indecisive on my reads. I give townreads out like candy and have trouble believing in any of my pushes

marluna’s context is different though bc I’m more comfortable with mech, and I think I may have miscalibrated how likely hosts in this circuit were to put a mafia role that takes on a confirmable town role just to mess with us if people are actually considering it

she’s like a neutral with townlean for me:

  • locking herself to a claimspace is risky for mafia/the post felt pretty natural and not artificially put there to performatively do it
  • nothing about her posts feels alarm bell-y (not helpful, as most posts don’t do this for me)
  • other people townread her including hazard, and hazard was right in the project moon game
  • searching up roles in the thread felt helpful. admittedly probably nai
  • italicsposting is good.

I don’t think there are evil neighborizers in the thread with the ability to replicate gummy’s claimed role’s effects. the exceptions would be mafia innocent child / town traitor I guess

My concern with a pandora vote is that she feels very LHF, enough so that us swinging into that wagon t-minus 90 minutes to EoD feels like the wrong play.
