Grande Idea - Endgame - Mafia wins

if there’s something specific you want i can grab it for you (sorry i just point blank didn’t see this)

i’m still not forgetting the progression of why Hazard is the most viable of your options

(and while i also feel like hazard’s positions are a bit weaker i feel like there’s a bit of a logical ? when you said “I could see… as someone flying under the radar”

I’m aware.
I was just lazy and didn’t want to have to throw it into the Google Sheet formatter.

i also feel like the posts you cited also comes with the slight problem of that the mafia game you chose to cite came when i wasn’t working full-time and i feel like this isn’t necessarily alignment indicative of me?

I also felt this a bit. the spec chat reads feel equivalent to another player with clout making reads that I instantly internalize bc they are Competent players

not directed to you jason exactly, and I don’t think it matters too much d1, but I think there is a potential trap we can fall into of using spec reads to justify pushes bc it shifts the accountability to spec chat rather than ourselves, which makes it easier for mafia to cherrypick people of the spec chat pushes.

this is in-character for town jason. he’s had some trauma with gummy pocketing him. could be faked but it’s not uncharacteristic

okay this is. a good point when you frame it like this. it still disagrees with my like general jason towny vibes from the posting style because I would be on guard if jason wasn’t indecisive (but I am regaining my paranoia about why he towned me so easily) [I need to collect my thoughts about this later and not clutter this post too much I think?]

holy I’m laughing so so hard right now. jason you better at least add salt and soy sauce

yeah I fully admit I’m in a large part doing the same here.

why aren’t you wary of me. have you never had a mafia meow game. also when’d you play a wolf ash game.

can vouch that this is a true part of the jason mafia character arc development. but do want to acknowledge the potential for this to be an easy way out for mafia. jason if you remember how you and [person] deathtunnelled each other in games until that game when they called a truce and stopped deathtunneling you off trying to reduce tunneling, and they ended up being mafia

altho i do agree in this general assessment which is why i had (initially) sussed meow for making a read so quick and early and then sticking with it for a bit.

and that is also why i moved meow back into a more favorable position after her posts then i think softened out some

Are there w!Carbon games where you have been gainfully employed?
Like, I’m attempting to compare playstyles across games, and I do feel I’ve established that even without working full-time, you have differences that persist.

Like, t!Carbon is far more mellow versus w!Carbon attempting to stay in thread as much as possible.

The big exception to this was Gatsby Mafia, and that was a situation where town was executing you D1.

i thought i tried to avoid posting as much as wolf :skull: :skull: i lowk just spend huge chunks of time pretending not to be online when that’s the case. let me go through my logs.

It’s more that i feel you and ash have at least something going for you guys and not as much for hazard

seems to happen a lot lately sobs.

there was the flipless game kdrama

and the game meow ran the hsr one

I think gummy and ash longpost in a way such thaf i’m more likely to blindspot them. I haven’t played a wolf ash game but if he can longpost as town he can longpost as wolf too

HSR one’s in there. You spent far too many posts discussing how your gambling was going and how gay your character is and then being cat on the wall when Jason and Gummy and I all got into a fight.

i was distracted by my friends i genuinely thought that was interesting in the moment :sob:

My point is that t!you feels an obligation to be productive in thread while w!you has no such worries.

i also wanted to be in the hood.

i’m not sure that i ever am productive in a thread but i feel like we are running in circles rn
