its not guaranteed willow is town, there could be interference that meow also doesnt know about. i think meow is implying she doesnt know why the shot was stopped

id be inclined to think carbon is scum kp as well but
it’s possible that some sort of mafia doctor or BPV is in the game, which wazza abuses to add more funny KP roles

this is speculation ofc but its not out of the relam of possibility, especially if nobody claims the protect

I compiled a list of potential-carbon roles, but they’re also a pain to format/I did a mixture of roletexts and links, so like, the main conclusion is that no, carbon’s role isn’t exclusively town, and I just want it to be known that there are mafia and neutral versions of the role that I think would have similar effects (maybe with modifiers). that being said, carbon not even knowing her rolename is probably. still town. I think she usually knows her fake better than her real role as mafia

relevant roles if people were interested:

town:

  • the queen elizabeth/queen mary roles that marluna posted earlier (town/maf versions of 1x dayvig)
  • s!l@yor (town 1x public dayvig)
  • deputaly (town 1x dayvig, what carbon claimed – but after zoe suggested it?)
  • deputy’s deputy (town 1x dayvig)
  • american deputy (town infinite shot dayvig/execution rig/night vig)

mafia:

  • eruption: pompeii in hong kong (mafia public dayvig. infinite uses)
  • traitor deputy (mafia 1x dayvig)

neutral:

  • marksman (neutral dayvig, loses dayvig if shoot someone not “ghoulish”)
  • sorcerer (neutral 1x dayvig but reveals your role publicly + weird vote stuff – unlikely unless modifiers)

but based on the flavor being a revolver, I think probably “in broad daylight” of all the deputy roles just means it’s announced, and that limits carbon to either town roles or mafia’s traitor deputy

Ok i tried isoing them in the champs game but after around 20 posts it’s clear that in a champs setting willow feels the need to try extra hard when in a more casual fol game they kinda just coast and point out things that catch their eye

I was going to try to hardsolve the people in my poe yday (willow / hazard / zoe) but i only got to willow before i lost the desire to do so

I iso’d them in stratagem 15 and april showers third where they were town in both. In as3 they had multiple posts that were reminiscent of their interaction with meow in that they showed similar energy and vibes that to me came off as town being cautiously excited that they may have found a wolf.

I wanted to compare this to how they play as wolf (hence why i asked them for a wolfgame) but at this point this read is probably good enough
