People tend to be more tolerable towards new players.
The two main reason that they don’t want to scare the new player away with negative emotions, and this way they have more time to learn about the new player’s meta.

I tried to look for context, but as far as I can see Brakuren haven’t explicitly said Sultan is scum between this vote and your previous post.
The rest of Eliza’s Iso is mostly fluff. (Except like three posts which all says Sultan is wolf…)
Both Kii and Zug has twice as much content with less posts.
