I mentioned this to my mom, and she started talking about this time she spent $70 more for Guaranteed Next-Day delivery, and then it got delayed two days for bad weather (they don’t have to give a refund in the event of bad weather).
She got on FaceTime specifically to open the sofa’s pocket and reveal she keeps the receipt for it in arm’s reach because it still makes her mad.
