interesting (as in relevant, not cereal) food i have [cooked and]… uhm not eaten yet today

3 buttered breads
4 eggs
so much milk seriously so much milk
how is there so much sugar in this
too much cinnamon
something else I put it in I forgot I’ll get back to you if I remember (vanilla extract)

put the bread in a pie tray
heat up the milk and sugar combined. then cinnamon and vanilla extract
whisk the eggs together
slowly filter in the hot milk and sugar into the eggs
put the eggs into the hot milk mix
Whisk. No you cannot use your fancy electronic auto whisker because it’s “too fast.”
make too much custard and bowl some
pour the rest over the buttered bread
put too much cinnamon in the mixture uhm that was an accident I haven’t tried it yet so I’m a little concerned
bake in oven (currently on this step)
