i think the main difference is that we overall have to go alot slower due to our roads being built into long existing towns causing them to twist and turn alot more. when i looked up numbers apparently less people were seriously injured in texas in 2023 but im not sure how accurate that is.

Guess it’s just a difference in importance. I like the poll cause well #1 it’s funny but also #2 because I don’t care and people treating my pronouns as massively important feels actively uncomfortable to me. It’s a way of expressing how much I don’t care

sometimes people will be like “yeah I live on Benguined Road” and you don’t know exactly where that is so you can’t accurately mentally picture where in the city they live and glean things such as income or if they recently moved there or not.
