haven’t read up on context, in general blacklists (including hosting blacklists, though I’m not sure there’s specific precedent there) do still apply to turbos, but since it’s just a turbo it would probably be fine if you had a cohost

i’d use the setup from jackal returns but more refined it just has a different gimmick than the jakcal
