sorry frost, we’re the entire evil team and we’ve decided to stack on childe because it is the biggest threat to us
unfortunately for you you can’t do anything to stop us because everyone else is afk
quite ironic, really

Since the game start with two randoms and specifc evil, I have prior experience that now with 3 starting evils…I doubt we get another convert right before Day 2
So really, the afk’s are the least of my concern.
You know thats not true, literally one post of nothingburgers is NAI as it is.
I think we should kill all the actives and important town people so the evils have worse converts
I am not entirely sure whether I will be able to catch up fully today, though I’d like to. In order to facilitate development of better reads rather than focusing exclusively on catch-up, I will first focus on responses to my initial read list:
I do not “only have three reads”: my read lists are fully ordered, and the judgements of “t”, “lt”, “n”, et cetera, only exist to provide an idea of my confidence level. Daeron is my highest null, arguably closer to a light townread than anything, and Amelia is my lowest null, arguably closer to a light wolfread. I would say Zone_Q11 is at the level of “true null” at the moment.
I have decided to judge them as “null” here rather than stating them as “light reads” because these light reads are not at an appropriate level of confidence for this point in the game – it is late in the day, and I still need to read the rest of their posts to make a proper judgement. I would not want somebody thinking I am at a “six hundred posts into the game”-level light townread for Daeron when I am at a “one-hundred posts into the game” level of light townread for Daeron. Additionally, I found it rather difficult to make confident reads at the time, as I had a long day and wasn’t feeling especially as if I was parsing the game well.
You are slightly above null, as I have liked your curiosity and thoughtfulness, but our consistent disagreement gives me pause, especially from a slot which could only ever be a lost wolf. A lost wolf still will have genuine curiosity, but will likely intentionally peddle incorrect conclusions, and you do fit that bill somewhat. The factor causing you to be above null is the confidence that Jarek would place a Good King in the game (which was immediately refuted by Willow and Amelia), which seemed almost like… “TMI” on your own alignment as town, if that makes sense.
That is understandable – I would judge the quality of this particular opening wall of reads to be low, as it was not written under the best of circumstances for me.
I have played one game as wolf here, which was my first game overall on this site:
Apologies. I do not think you are the same person as Canping – I had been looking at the list of hosts at the time and made a mental error. My read is not predicated on you being Canping, or on any meta at all, as we have not played together before. I simply think your style of engagement has been rather wolfy.
I have a policy of avoiding second-hand meta from games I did not play in, as I do not think reading a game over provides me the same kind of context that playing one will provide, and it has been actively misleading in the past when I have tried to avoid it. Second-hand meta misses how players will grow and develop from game to game and allows imitation of a towngame to be the end-all-be-all of being read. I will judge you on your own merits for this game.
I like this chain of reasoning from Daeron – it seems fairly realistic. For clarity on my reads, Daeron, you are my highest null, and were we only a hundred posts into the game when I had posted my read list, you would have been at least a light townread. I was only trying to convey my confidence level being low due to having not read the full game yet.
However, the only thing I would describe as strictly “towny” from you in my catch-up post was your opener – the rest was more neutral-reading contributions I only noted for greater context. I also did not find your opening post as towny as I did Frostwolf103’s.
hi chat
What does this refer to?
i assumed “null” had it’s definition of “neutral”, since you didn’t say nt
mercenary
a neutral role that needs to keep at least 1 out of 2 people alive till the gameend
Neutral mafia town
Perhaps I should have used a “nt” or “nw” descriptor here to clarify. Apologies for the ambiguity.
Thank you. I can see this assessment, though I do not understand why Chomps would make such an agenda so blatant… though Chomps’ behaviour does not make any sense as town either, nor does it especially track as wolf, so any explanation will have some dissonance. I will give further thoughts in my upcoming post.
that’s what i expected
hm
you like the role you got?
no i hate it
it’s unseen protective again
fascinating
would you prefer my role over yours?
