Passive: Threefold Tenacity

Night: Class and Respect

“Who gave you the right to speak up?”

Create a neighborhood with exactly 3 targeted players tommorow, and assign each one & yourself a Rank for that neighborhood. Players with certain Ranks must obey certain restrictions while speaking in the neighborhood, under threat of penalty through your other abilities.
The specifications of each Rank are learned by the player with that rank when forming the neighorhood, alongside the Rank of each other player (but not what that means beyond the relative hierarchy).
You may not assign yourself the same Rank twice in a row, and the Ranks have restrictions as followed:

Soldalto: The lowest rank. May only speak when directly mentioned by another player in the neighborhood, and only by replying to that post exactly once. May not disagree with any other player when posting in the neighborhood, unless explicitly asked to give their opinion. May not question orders given to anyone in the neighborhood, but may privately disobey them. May not speak about what their Rank means.

Capo x2: Above the Soldalto, but below the Sottocapo. May not speak until the Sottocapo has spoken at least once, but otherwise may speak at any time. May not question orders given by the Sottocapo, even to other players. May not question the opinion of the Capo de Capi as outlined in the first post.

Sottocapo: The highest available rank. May speak completely freely in the neighborhood. Must be the first player to speak in the neighborhood; the first post must be framed as a directive for the neighborhood from the Capo de Capi, and may include a single order that not even the Sottocapo may question (but may privately disobey). May give direct orders to the other members of the neighborhood, who must not question them (but may privately disobey).

None of these restrictions may effect anything outside of the neighborhood. The neighborhood will end at the end of the day.
Failing to visit one of the given players will cause the entire action to fail. This includes being redirected.

Night: Le Regole (2 Uses)

“Purge every member of the Night Awls by tonight.”

Target a player & submit posts in any neighborhood created by Class and Respect by that player that violate their Rank in that neighborhood. You will learn their full role (or Key Page if Mafia), and may deduct a use of a single non-killing limited use ability on that role tommorow. Attempting to use an ability with no uses will cause you to take no action instead.

Passive: Degraded Arbiter

You have a number of manipulative abilities to choose from, but all of them have counterplay.
Each ability has a fail condition specified in it that will prevent it from taking effect. When this happens, the player you attempted to manipulate will learn the full text of that ability.

You are aware that your Unstable Book unlocks extra counterplay to your abilities when burned.

You may use any number of abilities per cycle. You will visit with all of them.
You are immune to roleblocking, redirection, and all other attempts to manipulate your actions. This does not apply to the factional kill, even if you are carrying it.

Night: Chain

“Use your own eyes to watch things as they are.”

Roleblock target player.
This ability fails if they took no action the previous night, or if you visited them the previous night.

Night: Pillar

“It is because of the palpable agony infused in each tea leaf.”

Redirect target player to a second target player. (You do not visit the second target.)
This ability fails if your target takes no action tonight, or if you visited them last night.
When this ability fails, instead of being redirected they will also protect whoever you attempted to redirect them to without visiting them.

Night: Lock (1 Use)

“However, you will inevitably forget why you wished to see it once you reach that point.”

Roleblock every player who visits your target tonight.
This fails to roleblock a player if they targeted that player last night as well, if they are using an ability with multiple targets, or if they are Town and using a killing ability.
This is evaluated individually for each player who would be roleblocked.

“Perhaps it may seem so for a being that is staying in a sheltered environment like a precious flower, but this is nothing compared to what we have seen previously.”

Only usable at 10 or more Charge. Spend all Charge, target a player & learn who they visited tonight. At 15+ Charge, and if they have Nikolai’s Mark. learn their full role. At 20+ Charge, and if they have Nikolai’s Mark, Vanillize them if they are on the opposite team. (Vanillization does not block actions they take on that night.)
