Millennium Theory - Act 1, Scene 1 (17/17) [Backup Needed]

It’s fine I get that, I just hope me being transparent with this from start will build trust over me claiming this later.

I will say that I have some pretty good abilities to keep my wincon alive thus so potential to waste mafia kp, and I hope that town will focus on wolfhunting rather than waste day exe on me.

For the record this was absolutely intentional to make sure that what I was saying could not be misconstrued
Because there was already a misunderstanding that Gira thought I was suggesting I was pushing them
So I went the absolute extra mile to clarify my position so I entirely understand why it’s being interpreted as inconcise

See, that’s the thing: How do we even know your words will be credible, when you are not even credible right now?

  • I trust Jarek, but he doesn’t seem to be interested in it.
  • I can trust Leafia enough to give it to her, and I doubt w!Leafia will be able to utilize the Mind Boggle better than w!tutuu.
  • I didn’t even see Underdog saying he wanted the Mind Boggle, but Leafia came first and I trust in her more than I do in Underdog.

What about you? What have you done so far that warrants my trust, besides a lofty promise which could be easily falsified?

When everything is possible in an experimental closed setup, my [basic way of reading people] devolves into trust, and so far I don’t see why I should trust you.

Yes, you have made reads, but none of them are telling me that they were made by a Town. They feel like… superficial; performative.

  • Jarek mentioned Daeron’s confidence on Geewa could be false; a noise made by a powerwolfing Daeron.
  • I don’t see Ishmael’s confidence on pushing you as town-telling. (Especially not all the way to townread.)
  • Underdog’s townlean was sheeped. (Why did you only sheep people’s read on him?)
  • Your townlean on Geewa was based on pure gut. (Thereby not mentioning anything about his dispute with Daeron.)

The only reads I see as “fair enough” are your townread on Gummy and your gutread on Frostwolf. These simply are not enough for me.

yeah but you learning who your player is must be part of your abilities, not your wincon, so how are you supposed to know who to protect if you get chosen for the ability swap thing?

@tutuu your mind boggle claim is giving me deja vu of that one person who claimed a soft red on… willow? in fam6 that then turned out to be not a soft red at all based on how confident you seem on your mech
and for that reason I’m out

what reason do you have to trust leafia? her being able to use it less effectively as a wolf is kinda not a reason to want to give it to her outright

I’m voting Leafia as well on the basis that I think it does the least amount of harm even if they’re wolf
Unless tutuu starts to make a compelling case that their mech is, actually, mech

I dont wanna go into detail how exactly my stuff works, but I myself would be pretty screwed if I lost my abilities yes, though not completely

I cannot possibly believe you would be screwed if you lost your abilities
Just be like me in FAM6 and potshot the wolves anyway as a Vanilla Town after they expressly remove your abilities for the purposes of preventing potshots

I understand wanting to factor in the “least harm done if given to a wolf” aspect but I don’t really think that should be the main basis for the decision because it already stipulates nothing happens if wolves get targeted for it, unless you are worried about specifically a wolf ability that benefits from being chosen by this

The main benefit wolves get from being chosen for this is that a town doesn’t get chosen… so choosing someone that “won’t cause harm if they are a wolf” is silly when the harm comes inherently from choosing a wolf for it. we should just be choosing someone we townread that wants it

I have a post restrictions that anytime I reply to anyone I have to call them “kiddo”

  • that we know of

No it doesn’t, it also comes from targeting a member of the town that’s a strong PR

yes
leafia is polarized and wants it
this is perhaps a better discussion for later in the day

…? How are you confident you won’t be roleblocked?

As Town, how does it make sense to say “you can execute me if I fail” when you don’t even deny that there are ways of you failing?

In what world does it make sense for any Town to say “I have an ingenious plan that might work, but if I fail, then you can execute me, a townie, Tomorrow”?

In particular, the last part. No sane Town would ever say “execute me if I fail” without having safety measures about failure. However, the plan you wish to execute involves you losing all your abilities in exchange for gaining “at least one” Mafia ability. Ergo, there is no safety measure.

I started voting you by sheeping Geewa, but I am starting to feel like I need to vote you for real.

Which is why, I will vote you again:

VOTE: tutuu

Well I can’t do anything about your thoughts about me being stiff, or you thinking that my narration is strange. I ain’t going to change me to fit in your definition of “genuine”.

What I do find strange, is why you think me sheeping Geewa on voting an at-the-time zero-poster was strange. (Unless you meant to pair the action with the narration, but narration is my shtick, so if you think that is strange, then you might as well call me strange for the rest of the game.)

I mean the harm from choosing a wolf, not the harm of misusing the ability in general in the way you say here which would be extremely difficult to pull off unless we just give it to someone randomly

okay but you conveniently ignored the main part about her being town
like look at what she has posted this game and tell me why she can’t be the wolf that benefits from getting this ability
is she less able to use it than some other people as a wolf? maybe. is she polarized? also maybe, but you and zone seem to be trusting her inherently for no reason which is really throwing me

What even is this is this someone’s ability or is this a public ability or what?

like is “leafia is polarized” here supposed to mean you are already townreading her? if so i’d love to know for what although i am already confident i would not believe it is genuine

I can’t lol that’s my point is that it’s too early in the day to figure out Leafia’s alignment
But she is polarized and will be caught quickly if she’s a wolf
I’m not trusting her implicitly, I’m trusting that she won’t be a problem in the future

No
It means she resolves quickly

That’s not really an argument to choose her when we lose the utility by giving it to a wolf, even if we catch her later

I think you are viewing this vote as something anti-wolf and chance to screw one over, whereas they see it as something more potentially anti-town that can nerf town pr.
