Millennium Theory - Anomalies Victorious

A movie featuring…

@iamagummybear as Peter Astika

Peter Astika

Head of the Day’s End Institute

Anomalies and I have a special relationship. I am not inherently anomalous, yet I surround myself with those who are. And then I use them to fuel my lifespan, to give me more power, so I can keep living. I trade their lifespan for mine. An eye for an eye. A deal I am very willing to take.
Everyone I surround myself with, I have to look into how to kill them. So that I can live. Continue the strange way of carrying their memory. I hurt so many people just so I can go on without them.
I’ve been doing this for a millennium. And I won’t let this breach stop me from a millennium more.

“Lay down. Give up. Let me fulfill your purpose in life for you.”

They Cannot Manage Without Me - [Passive]

Upon your death, all of your active abilities are factionalized.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

I Like to Choose Who Does What, Y’know? - [Passive/N0]

Researchers decide which Researcher role they start with.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

Come on! I Know How You Act! - [Active/Night/Flutter]
Choose a player.

You learn the secondary action type their role specializes in.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

Least the Paperwork has a Use! - [Active/Day/Night]
Choose a player.

You will learn their ‘checklist’ (their role flavour).
You may use this ability twice per cycle: once during the day, and once during the night.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

Guess Some Things Never Change. - [Active/Day-End]

Choose any number of un-allied players, and guess what abilities each has.

For ability and bearer you get correct, your team gains one ‘Meltdown’ charge, and you learn their full ability.
You must be significantly correct on an ability’s full effect for your guess to count.
You cannot guess more than one player as having functionally the same ability during a cycle. You may only gain a maximum of seventeen charges throughout the game, and you may only gain one charge per guessed abilities of a deceased player.
You cannot gain more than two Meltdown charges from a player.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

The Institute’s Function - [Active/Day/Night/Gated]

DAY: Choose a player and spend three Meltdown charges; abilities they use will be strongmanned (immune to manipulative actions and bypassing kill protections) tonight and the following day. This can self target.
NIGHT: Choose a player and spend seven Meltdown charges; they die.
These two actions can be used on the same cycle.

[ - Ad Vitam Aeternam - ]

Foreseeable Circumstances - [Active/One-Shot]

Choose a player. If they had motion detected (besides you), track their visits.
If they visited someone, learn what action type they did.
If their action types functions as an investigative, learn their results.
If their results contains a number, learn if their role contains a YouTube link of Fortress of Lies user Silviu200530 “styling” on “noobs” in Splatoon 3.
If it does, learn their full role.
If you learn their role this way, choose whether or not to book a ticket to Hawaii (you must actually book a ticket).
If you physically go to Hawaii, learn a character from a piece of media that has been to Hawaii.
If you find a physical stand of that character and take a photo of them, your team wins.

Ïssaca Mabigt

Researcher of Game Anomalies

Age: Forty-Three
Gender: Female
Education Level: Associates of Science in Statistics
Religion: Nil
Personal Relationships: Nil

Recruitment Method: Whilst I was observing a chess tournament during one of my rare moments of leisure, I had spotted Ïssaca Mabigt playing quite captivatingly using a style reminiscent of, as I was told afterwards, the “romantic” era of chess, whilst being in a position I had already noted was poor. Although being good at a respected logic game is not necessarily grounds for institute employment, a past check of her history concluded that she had the credence for the offer. Ïssaca had accepted the offer for employment upon learning we had a use for her abilities, something that she hadn’t found elsewhere.

Intelligence Level: Above average. Besides various skills at the logic game of chess, she is capable of significant understanding of manipulation tactics, generally aimed at getting an individual to interact only with specific ideas in mind of actions they can perform rather than having a broad perspective of their own reality.
Morality Tier: Above Average.
Anomalous Properties?: Y

Physical Ability: Average
Mental Resistance: Slightly above average
Sanity: Slightly above average
Reason for Seeking Institute Employment: Lack of sustainable employment elsewhere and no familial or social ties; standard.

Counter-Breach Abilities: High. Although I consider some of the methods she employs too flashy, I cannot deny their effectiveness.

"When I have spent all this time defining myself by this one thing… what else do I have left?"

Bardeleben’s Forfeit - [Passive/Flutter]

If you idle Kotov’s Idea and Alekhine’s Overkill during the same cycle, the following cycle you may attempt to use each twice.

– ♙♖♘♗♕♔ –

Kotov’s Idea - [Active/Day-End/Flutter]
Choose a player.

Any night/day actions they use tonight/the following day that choose players must choose from a pool of 7-[X] players, where [X] is the day number, but is capped at 3.
They will be informed of this.
This ability can only target an individual once per game, and fails if it attempts to do otherwise.

– ♙♖♘♗♕♔ –

Alekhine’s Overkill - [Active/Two-Shot/Night/Flutter]
Choose a player.

State an action type and who it will target tonight/tommorrow day. All active abilities they use fitting that criteria will be roleblocked.
This ability is refunded if it fails to roleblock an ability.

– ♙♖♘♗♕♔ –

Capablanca’s Countergambit - [Active/One-Shot/Day-End]
Choose a player.

State another individual. They cannot target that individual.

They are informed of this.

Bedalo Chakoirmete

Researcher of Transmutation Studies

Age: Too old.
Gender: Male.
Education Level: Too high.
Religion: Agnostic.
Personal Relationships: Peter Astika

Recruitment Method: “Bedalo Chakoirmete” is an alchemist I have known for far more time than I would have wished on my second greatest enemy. Whilst he partially helped with improvements to my life-span per upgrades to my still unnamed machine, his usefulness to me ultimately ended there, and although both of us are aware of that fact, he unfortunately is keen in following me around, ultimately getting hired here in an extremely unfortunate act of oversight by my Finder’s team. He has both fortunately and unfortunately placed himself competent enough for a spot on the Counter-Breach team. Unfortunately, that means I have to interact with him when a breach does occur. Fortunately, one of these breaches may yet end him.

Intelligence Level: Significantly above average.
Morality Tier: Significantly below average.
Anomalous Properties?: Y

Physical Ability: Below average.
Mental Resistance: Significantly above average.
Sanity: Massively above average.
Reason for Seeking Institute Employment: Obsession with the institute founder.

Counter-Breach Abilities: High.

It shocks me how you, of all people, do not understand why I am so interested in you!

Refinement - [Active/Dawn]
Choose a player, and an “Alchemical Status”.

One of their abilities will be afflicted with that status. Alchemical Statuses may comes with a specific drawback or specification of who it must be used on.
If a status in their abilities is worthless, it will be removed/replaced.

If you name the effect of one of their abilities, it will be applied to that one.

Alchemical Statuses

[Three-Shot] - Fails on Killing abilities, and cannot be recharged.
[Dreamer] - Must have a mostly correct claim from the individual, and cannot be recharged.
[Compulsive] - Must know an ability of the user, which it must be applied to.
[Avoidant]
[Informed]
[Permission]
[Sulfur]
[Paranoia]
[Messenger]
[Battery]

"Unique" Statuses

The “Dreamer” status effect roleblocks that ability and/or removes that passive every other cycle, and they choose if it begins on an odd or even cycle.

The “Avoidant” status effect prevents a player from picking the same player with their active abilities twice in a row.

The “Informed” status effect makes the inflictor of the status learn what the effect of the action was. If there is no in-game alive inflictor, the user instead learns that information.

The “Permission” status effect makes the inflictee have to ask another living player be granted access the inflicted ability to use that ability for the cycle. The asked player does not learn the ability, just that the player asked for it to be unlocked. They may only send a request once per day.

The “Sulfur” status effect informs all individuals under the effect of the inflictee’s ability that they found a “trail of sulfur outside their door.” This effect occurs whenever the ability targets an individual, or whenever an ability’s effect interacts with said individual.

The “Paranoia” status effect requires another individual to visit the person the inflictee is visiting for their ability to work.

The “Messenger” status effect gives them a message of up to 400 characters each time their ability has an effect, which you may change at any time.

The “Battery” status effect gives the inflictor a token every time the inflictee’s ability affects someone. If they gain four tokens, once, the inflictor can recharge one of their used Alchemical Statuses.

Players chosen to gain a “Unique” status effect learns what the one they were given does.

Once a status is applied, it is removed from your available list. Statuses still have an effect if you die.

This ability is redacted upon your flip.

🜍 🜔

Doomed Apprenticeship - [Passive/Active/Two-Shot/Night/Day]
Choose a player.

Neighborize them. You may talk to them permanently during the Day phase.
You may apply an additional alchemical status each cycle on any of the players picked by this ability.

Anomaly of Warding

Age: Unknown
Gender: Female

Upper Body (Head) Inspection: Brown, long hair. Top hat that rivals the greatest statesmen of a time centuries ago in height.
Upper Body (Torso) Inspection: White suit jacket over white shirt. Does not fit. Notably is wearing no amulet or talisman.
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection: See [torso]. Clothing is baggy, and loose, like it doesn’t belong to her.
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection: White dress pants. Anomaly’s notes clothes are “not something [she] would normally wear”.

OR:

Form:

Intelligence Level: Below average. See [Morality Tier].
Morality Tier: Below average. Subject deems herself fit of who should/should not receive the benefits of her actions, whilst not being able to come to an accurate statement of who really should.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Subject conjures Talismans, supposedly out of her belief in a religion (not sourced from a spiritual power itself). Three separate Talismans have notably been used before – one once disguising a king as a maidservant to prevent any of his enemies from being aware of his abilities or who he is, one that protected a down-on-his-luck man who made a deal with “the devil” from facing the ill consequences of his deed, and one that “empowered” an anomaly to break free from all of our blockage against it. The lattermost has been broken upon it protecting said anomaly from a blow to the head in an attempt to stop it.
All uses of these Talismans, whilst not being in the same situation, had roughly the same effect the situation called for.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): None.
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): None.

Danger Level: Medium. All Talismans in perfect condition “Ward against Evil”, giving them particular strength against attacks at the bearer.
Breach Risk Level: Medium. Anomaly being able to help other anomalies is a dangerous trait.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Attempt to convince Anomaly to hand the Talismans to you, that you’re her friend and you need her help.

Divination’s Design - [Passive]

You start with 2 Talismans. If you die, all Talismans are returned to you at dawn.
Talismans cannot ever protect you.

Talismans

[Nazar Amulet] - Individual is protected from attacks and investigations.
[Witch’s Paper] - Individual is protected from attacks and miscellaneous evil.

Benevolence’s Beauty - [Active/Day-End/Gated]

Choose a player, and select a Talisman to transfer to them.
Tonight, they must choose an individual to transfer the Talisman to at Dawn.
The Talisman returns to you at the Dawn of the night following that.

You cannot send out a Talisman to an individual you’ve already sent it out to.
Talismans shatter when the individual currently holding them is attacked, and if two are on the same person whom is attacked, they both shatter.

Individuals are told they have been given a “[Talisman] (of which particular Talisman it is) meant to protect against evil”, and that they must transfer it/it will dissipate at the end of the night, but not what it does.
You may only use this ability when you currently hold a Talisman.

Upper Body (Torso) Inspection: Slightly ill-fitting black morning coat. Shoulders on coat are padded. Plain white shirt underneath, notably buttonless.
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection: Skinny. Otherwise un-notable.

Intelligence Level: Below average.
Morality Tier: Significantly below average; worked in casino gaming. Privy to rigged bets at the behest of his current “master” at the time.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Extended lifespan.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): N/A
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): Subject is capable of composing “rigged games”, which he typically heavily weights in one player’s favour at their behest (usually his current “owner”). The winner of each game gains something, not usually from the loser, who then receives a penalty, or a “punishment”.

Danger Level: Low.
Breach Risk Level: Subject is without a “master” and has no way to obtain one within the facility. In order to be a real threat during a breach, he needs to find people he can trust so they can win against people they do not. Thusly, Low due to his personality.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Either get anomaly to trust you enough to rig games in your favor, or fall off of his radar so he targets other individuals.

Choose 2 players.

Issue them a task of your choosing (I.E. ‘draw [their] favourite character’).

The person who performs the best on the issued task gains a reward; the person who performs the worst a punishment. They learn this, and if they won/lost.
The task must be completed before Dawn.
You give out rewards/punishments at Dawn.

You cannot send out similar tasks to previous nights. Task wording can only reach 30 characters.
Opinionated tasks will be voted on by a third party. They will not be told who did what.
If a task is functionally impossible for a player, you will be inflicted with the punishment in lieu of them.
Tasks cannot be photographs, explicitly things done by the players in the past, or heavily based on ‘real life’ actions.
Hosts may veto tasks at their leisure.

Intelligence Level: Significantly above average.
Morality Tier: Significantly above average.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): None.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): Whilst the Anomaly’s cryptoalysis abilities are not anomalous, her manner of determining what abilities an individual has are. She seemingly “announces” what abilities she is looking into, and then herself narrows down who could fall into the purview of matching her announcement. Then, she observes the individuals she picked to determine who is the best fit in the select group, and the best fit in the vicinity. Whilst she has to come up with examples of what individuals are capable of doing on her own, the fact that she is capable of figuring out what certain individuals are capable of, whilst could be potentially misleading if she is incorrect or tries to “game the system”, is of significant power.
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): None.

Danger Level: Medium.
Breach Risk Level: Low. Whilst anomaly is very accomplished, she’s not of much threat in a breach that doesn’t involve her skillset of deducing.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Follow standard protocol. Considering asking her about employment, as anomaly had no issue working for the government during the Cold War, and thusly should have no problems working for me.

Upper Body (Torso) Inspection: Blue tailcoat with various eye-catching caricatures of animals attached to the back. Solid white undershirt, and an admittingly plain red tie.
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection: A bright yellow waistcoat, more muted than the tailcoat in an attempt to draw your attention more towards it. Tie is tucked into said waistcoat.
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection: Long dress pants, reaching into blue and black boots. The tip of each boot has a slight split separating it into two sections, before becoming one piece slightly lower down.

Apparently had been a part of various circuses in history before becoming a Ringmaster, most notably having a start in a circus owned by Philip Astley, the claimed “father of the modern circus”.
Morality Tier: Slightly above average. Although subject is, as an individual, kind, he must holds some form of hypnotism to get individuals to do what he desires.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Subject has an array of “shocking acts!” he is willing to employ, either by audience poll of what they desire to ‘see next!’, or what he thinks is best in the moment. He will always try to do a combination of both of the former possibilities. Subject seemingly does not repeat “acts” during “each show”. “Each show” lasts three nights.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): Seemingly has the idea to make people go along with his ridiculous schemes, even those with a superior mental resistance.
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): Each of the “shocking acts” is seemingly summoned from no known existence by the anomaly, and is done via the use of various objects.

Danger Level: High. Subject’s level of control over other individuals is frightening.
Breach Risk Level: High. Subject remarks of “wanting to perform to a new, bigger crowd!” constantly.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Wear earphones in order to resist his control. Do not bring him into a location in which he can be of use to others with his various tricks. If you fail all of those, ensure that you only get picked if you deem the effects positive enough, or to gain his trust.

Form: Oak guitar, of noticeable age and wear, including having its A string broken. Span of anomaly appears much too long for a typical human adult to correctly straddle it had they wanted to play it. Anomaly shakes upon the strings being strummed.

Intelligence Level: Below average.
Morality Tier: Low. All anomaly cares for is attention.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Anomalous ability to converse (irrelevant). When anomaly is interacted with (not observed), it gains power off of the attention, and then uses said power to stop other individual’s abilities from functioning. This could create a negative feedback loop for the anomaly. If anomaly isn’t interacted with a total of three times, it instead looks at an individual and sees if they are interacted with, or does interaction themselves. Anomaly doesn’t seem to typically have direct knowledge of whether or not it is actually interacted with.

If Loneliest activates two people in a night, they gain the ability of the person picked 1st, then the person picked 2nd the first night Loneliest fails to activate an abil

The Loneliest Octopus

Anomaly of Abandonment

Age: 26
Gender: Male

Upper Body (Head) Inspection:
Upper Body (Torso) Inspection:
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection:
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection:

OR:

Form: Akin to a very large Octopus vulgaris, with a few too many eyes and a few too many arms. Arm length appears to reach 10 feet. One of its arms appears to be neatly cut off at around the quarter mark.

Intelligence Level: Profoundly low, especially if its comments are to be believed [see: morality tier]. Has abandonment issues.
Morality Tier: Average. Subject seems to regularly mutter something about being betrayed, and how it “might not be able to trust anyone the same again”.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): If it is believed to really have similar biological functions to octopuses, it has the anomalous ability to speak, can be on land without suffocating, and has a significantly increased lifespan. (All irrelevant). Creature seems to periodically kidnap individuals in order to converse with them, likely out of loneliness.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): Seems to have an odd ability to bring to rise the ‘latent potential’ out of certain individuals who have some latent/active anomalous properties, done upon its kidnapping of them. Upon questioning, it informed me, “that’s how [it] was betrayed.”
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): N/A
Danger Level: Low. Subject is consistently in fear response.
Breach Risk Level: Low. Have any sort of onboarding researchers visit it at least every two weeks.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Do not let the anomaly know of any deception on your part. Do not let it near any individual with anomalous properties, except for researchers.

This Means We Don’t Have to Say Goodbye… - [Passive]
If you are in a private chat with a player who has a ‘caged ability’, active it. Additionally, sometimes, other player[s] will have their ‘caged ability’ activated.
A ‘caged ability’ is a ‘hidden’ ability in a player’s role-card that you directly grant them access to. Not all players have a ‘caged ability’. There is a limit to how many players can have their ‘caged ability’ activated.

-[~]-

I Just Quickly Need to Tell You Something… - [Active/Day]

If it does, learn their full role.
If you learn their role this way, choose whether or not to book a ticket to Hawaii (you must actually book a ticket).
If you physically go to Hawaii, learn a character from a piece of media that has been to Hawaii.
If you find a physical stand of that character and take a photo of them, your team wins.

Anomaly of Endless Watching

Age: 673
Gender: Female

Upper Body (Head) Inspection:
Upper Body (Torso) Inspection:
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection:
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection:

OR:

Form: Enshrouded in darkness (‘shadow’). Given the lack of effect physical illumination has on subject, the trait appears more physical than environmental. Subject appears to be around 179 cm (5’10"), and have a standard general body outline.

Intelligence Level: Average.
Morality Tier: Above average. Anomaly seems to have a complete lack of interference with average matters, merely standing far away from interesting events to ‘watch’ them. Average time of stalking is around 3 nights.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Covered in shadow, extended lifespan, no known origin (all unimportant). Anomaly is sometimes spotted approaching people, whether they are or are not her stalking target, and mumbling things to them.
Anomalies Properties (Mental): N/A
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): Subject’s stalking seems to directly give her information about her target. Subject seems to be able to follow two individuals at once. Each event of stalking seems have two separate methods of gathering information: either by following the individual around and learning who they visit (or alternatively who visits them), or by seemingly learning information about the individual is capable of, regardless of the actions of said individual.
Danger Level: Very low.
Breach Risk Level: High. She can merely ‘walk out’ of her containment cell if she desired, but that wouldn’t be useful in a breach unless said breach had specific use for information gathering.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Don’t become her target, or predict what she is going to learn and act around that.

So Take. Your Time. Let The World Pass You By. - [Active/Day/First 24h]
Choose a player, and send them a message up to 500 characters, which they will receive at the twenty-four hour mark of today.
They may choose to send you back a message of up to 300 characters.
They do not directly learn who you are.

:clock12: :clock1: :clock2:

Stalker - [Active/Night]

Choose a player, and stalk them.

Each night that you remain Stalked on that person, you will gain an extra piece of info, in the order listed below. You may only have one player targeted with “Stalker” at a time. If you switch your target, the new player starts on ‘Peek’ and must be stalked from there.
Your progress “saves” if you swap onto someone and then swap back to a previous target.

Peek <) Learn their ratio of Passive/Actives, rounded down whilst retaining a whole number. (I.E, someone with two abilities and two passives would be 1:1, someone with one ability and two passives would be 1:2). If someone has both an active and a passive in the same ability, it will count as 1 for both.
Stare <) Learn if any of their abilites gained a modifier or changed shot status throughout the game.
Feast Your Eyes <) Learn if any of their abilities fall into the Killing or Protective category.

:clock3: :clock4: :clock5:

The Waiting Game - [Active/Night]
Choose a player.

Each night that remain Waiting on that person, you will gain an extra piece of info, in the order listed below. You may only have one player targeted with “The Waiting Game” at a time.
If you switch your target, the new player starts on “Glance” and must be upgraded from there.
Your progress “saves” if you swap onto someone and then swap back to a previous target.

Glance <) Learn an action type they’ve done in the past.
Narrow Down <) Track them. If they visit several people, it will be seen in a randomized order.
Deify Impersonalise Subject <) Watch target player; learn who visits them tonight. Targets who visit them are informed they felt a ‘foreboding presence’ whilst doing so.

Drawing the Line in the Sand

Anomaly of Blazed Roads

Age: 33
Gender: Female

Upper Body (Head) Inspection: Black hair, tied into a bun. Angry eyes
Upper Body (Torso) Inspection: Broken glasses tucked into a plain black tank-top, and a firefighter’s jacket.
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection: Burn marks ranging from 3rd to 1st degree. Extends to other portions of the body.
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection: Flame resistant cargo pants.

OR:

Form:

Intelligence Level: Slightly below average.
Morality Tier: Below average. Prone to remarks of physical aggression, but has not directly killed any individual, only prevented institute action.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): Capable of spawning ‘trails of fire’ via feet having significant movement along a surface (walking/running yes, shuffling no). Fire does not seem to succumb to standard ways of reduction. Fire trails effect is typically non-existent on anyone except those of “Day’s End Institute” employ (researchers), suggesting a realm of control on the user’s behalf. Fire trails used this way tend to not stop communicative or attacking action from individuals from Institute employees. (see environmental for update).
Anomalies Properties (Mental): N/A
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): Aforementioned fire trails. It is worth nothing that recently, anomaly has been using said trails to keep other creatures and researchers in, not just researchers out. The purpose of such an action is unknown.
Danger Level: Medium-High.
Breach Risk Level: Medium-High. Has, notably, breached before. Said breach was successfully, with great difficulty, been countered by using special maneuvers to nullify the fire trail.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Avoid being predictable with your visits to get stopped by her, and from her locking researchers in. Try to misdirect her to useless targets.

Priority Split - [Active/Day-End/Two-Shot/Gated]

Split the effects of Unneeded Participation/Burning Hatred into two abilities.
They will be slightly reformatted for clarity, and combined at the start of the next night.

You cannot use this ability two days in a row.

[ – :fire: – ]

Unneeded Participation/Burning Hatred - [Active/Night]

Choose a player. They are roleblocked.
Additionally, Researcher abilities that are not in the killing or socialization category used on them will fail. Researchers who have their abilities prevented in this matter learn this part of the ability (the lower 50%).

Books, Sand, and Fossils

Anomaly of Archiving

Age: Unknown
Gender: Female

Upper Body (Head) Inspection: “Head” of the anomaly is pages and pages of worn ancient history notes. “Head” mildly changes when the anomaly inserts more pages into it, with the expected effect.
Upper Body (Torso) Inspection: Old brown suit repaired over and over by sewed in papyrus, which notably do not contain the same writing the “head” of the anomaly has. Said suit takes over almost all of her upper body region.
Lower Body (Stomach) Inspection: Anomaly has seemingly “fused” with various writing materials and alphabets, the earliest noted material of those being a form of Chinese characters referencing back to around 1200 B.C
Lower Body (Legs) Inspection: Brown suit pants, following the same state of wornness and attempted repair as the suit jacket.

OR:

Form:

Intelligence Level: Significantly above average.
Morality Tier: Slightly above average. Anomalies’ noting does not seem to be shared, leading the belief that she is only interested in knowing what happened in the past, and not doing anything with the knowledge.
Anomalies Properties (Physical): See: [Body].
Anomalies Properties (Mental): Anomaly splits individuals into three groups, and then determines events that happen to them per their groups, seemingly arbitrarily, based off events they have/will experience in the past, present, or future.
Anomalies Properties (Environmental): N/A
Danger Level: Exceedingly low. Anomaly’s obsession with knowledge leads her to not doing anything beyond gathering it.
Breach Risk Level: Medium. I have concerns that when she decides the institute has no more knowledge left for her, she may attempt to breach. Have life around the institute be considered interesting, and bring in new anomalies fairly regularly.
Recommended Counter-Breach Protocol: Breaches may lead to her being distracted by the constant gain of new knowledge, if it does not focus and use it to harm me. Try to lead her to checking out as boring targets as possible, or targets with too much going on to be able to piece any of it together.
