Just checked snowe did have hazard as a top wolf read so could see the shot as she then says day 2 that she doesn’t trust finding wolves and should have followed PoE

I’m not the only one capable of awakening powers, but I wouldn’t trust Lord Crust’s method.
You can check, when Kelsier’s flip was updated to see, that I really targeted them during N1.
(Also, since I’m immune to the blessing, and I can’t target myself, unless there is an other method to awaken people, I think I don’t have abilities to awaken.)
Also it’s totally possible snowe’s role got backuped from the mafia, and their RC change is linked with that ability.
I think T!snowe would had claimed the shot on Hazard.
Mafia probably weren’t aware D2 the fact that the blessing make people awaken their abilities, so they probably thought they can hide the fact that snowe visited Hazard.

I can try targeting one of snowe/Rue tonight to see, if their flip is Illusion, or not.
