In first past the post voting, the most generalising vote tends to win. Since “I hate forum mafia” is one option, and the other options are three, despite the three options combined far outvoting “I hate forum mafia”, “I hate forum mafia” is what all the forum mafia haters come around to, whilst the forum mafia lovers have their opinions split in three.

I think last time we initially had it take a misc slot but stopped eventually because it lasts a long time while basically only occupying one player’s attention at any given time
