if you remember, it worked like this:
everybody gets dealt 3 cards from the Grande Idea thingy (the one on mafiascum, not the GI stuff)
they choose one to be their alignment and one to be the ability they use with that alignment
(with certain restrictions, of course; you can’t convert scum with a group as a town 1-shot recruiter and stuff like that)
if it’s below 50% town then rerand
