I already failed Round 1.

14 con is totally adequate imo, Arius just got unlucky

like if he beats Sten on initiative, that attack doesn’t hit. If Sten rolls lower, even by 1 point, the attack doesn’t hit. If Sten misses Leta, he can’t cleave to Arius. If Sten rolls lower on damage, Arius stays conscious.
