ok i changed my mind anyway (sorry for indeciveness)
so final hero - half-orc demoralize fighter. good at combat. low charisma
outside of combat i bring:
- intimidate
- climb
- kn. dungeoneering
- swim
- kn. engineering
- (a little) linguistics (goblin)

yeah by default; humans get an additional feat at lvl 1; a lot of classes also get an additional feat at lvl 1 (so human fighter would get 3 feats at lvl 1 for instance)

Alas, it looks like neither half-orc nor slayer get bonus feats 
I do get 8 skill points though which is neat
Also
If a half orc is raised by two human parents does that qualify for the adopted trait?
you have to fill in the value for Bonus Skills → Favored Class Bonuses manually (the sheet clumps together FCB and the human bonus skill)
you can take it if you’d like even though it’s technically 3.5 content

if you plan to sleep in the wilderness ever you will want tents, pooling money for a bigger tent is fine

Geyde’s explanation is correct (you can also choose to take the generic “+1 hit point” or “+1 skill rank” FCB instead if you want to)
also just for clarity we’re using the regular rules for how many skill ranks people get rather than the background skill rules (the sheet I linked should be set up like that automatically)
