btw why are your abilitity numbers so low? (unless they’re low for RP reasons or age or some slayer stuff i dunno)
your current scores are a point buy of 19 (we have 20), and thats without accounting for your half-orc bonus of 2 in any ability. so you could put an extra point in CHA and 2 extra point in any ability if u want (if u can)

Use the +2 racial bonus on your highest stat, at the very end. Coz it always gives u +2, whereas manually buying them gets pricier and pricier

Yeah youre supposed to apply it after youre done buying your 20 points. And its strictly better for u that way anyway. Most bang for your buck if you apply it to your highest stat (or one of them if even)
